This Return Policy sets forth our limited warranty, return and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requirements, and related limitations. It forms part of the FlangeBolts.com Terms of Service.

1. Business Customers’ Limited Warranty

FlangeBolts.com warrants any product purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any products deemed to be defective by FlangeBolts.com shall be remedied by either product replacement or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by FlangeBolts.com for each return. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused.

We accept returns by mail of both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below:

  • Window: returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. No returns will be allowed after 30 days.
  • Condition: products must be new and unused, in their original packaging bearing applicable traceability numbers.
  • Restocking fee: 15% of the product price applies to all returns.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. All returns must be sent prepaid; collect or freight-due shipments will be refused.
  • Products that have been installed, modified, used, abused, altered, improperly handled, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return or replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

For 1 hour after you place an order, you can cancel it yourself from your order confirmation or account page.

After that window, contact us by email or phone and we will cancel any item that has not yet shipped, at no charge. This includes items waiting on a supplier. Once an item has been handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return under the terms above.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it was approved. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned product. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the returned product less the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping are not refunded.

If a return is not approved, we will contact you before taking further action. Unauthorized returns and packages sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Exchanges. We do not process direct exchanges. Return the product under this policy for a refund and place a new order for the item you need.

5. Shipping Errors and Damage

If FlangeBolts.com ships an incorrect item, incorrect quantity, or a product damaged due to our error, the customer must contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days of delivery. We may request photographs, packaging information, or other documentation necessary to verify the issue. Once verified, FlangeBolts.com will replace the affected product at no additional cost to the customer, and no restocking fee will apply.

6. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO ANY BUSINESS CUSTOMER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. FLANGEBOLTS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. FLANGEBOLTS.COM’S LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

7. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Certain products may be covered by warranties provided directly by their manufacturers, and those terms are controlled by the applicable manufacturer. For information regarding a specific manufacturer’s warranty, please contact FlangeBolts.com.

8. Product Compliance and Suitability

Jurisdictions have varying laws, codes, and regulations governing the construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose, and certain products may not be available for sale in all areas. FlangeBolts.com does not guarantee compliance with or suitability of the products it sells with any laws, codes, or regulations, nor does FlangeBolts.com accept responsibility for the construction, installation, and/or use of a product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the product application and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations for each relevant jurisdiction to ensure that the construction, installation, and/or use involving the products is compliant.

9. Cross-Reference Information

Product cross-reference comparisons do not imply that products are available or perfectly comparable. Customers shall review all cross-referenced product specifications prior to purchase and use to determine the suitability of the product for the customer’s intended use.
